Kindergarten Registration for 2021-2022 School Year has begun!!!

If you have a child who will be turning 5 by August 30th of this year, and you need to sign him or her up for Kindergarten for the 21-22 school year, please contact our school office at 302-628-4416. We will mail you an enrollment packet to get the process started. We look forward to hearing from you!!


Lifetouch will be at Blades Elementary to photograph our staff and students on Tuesday, March 2nd for our students who are in the Blue cohort, and Thursday, March 4th for our Gold cohort students. Students who are fully remote may come to Blades Elementary on either of these days, only between the hours of 3:30 and 5:00 pm. These students will enter the building through our gymnasium doors.

Board of Education Public Meeting

There will be a Board of Education Public Meeting on Monday, March 1, 2021 beginning promptly at 6:00 PM and will be available at the following link:

The public portion of the meeting will be held first with the executive portion of the meeting at the end of the meeting if necessary.
This is a community meeting where community members will be able to ask questions in accordance with Board policy BE and BE-R.

National School Counseling Week

In honor of National School Counseling Week we are recognizing each of our school counselors. Our school counselor at Blades Elementary School is Mr. Evan Wagner.

February 1-5 is National School Counselor's week. We are so thankful for our school counselor, Mr. Wagner!!!! We appreciate the relationship that he builds with our students. Our little bluejays are supported each day with his words of encouragement!!!

Instructions for logging in to Clever without QR cards

We are currently unable to use QR codes for accessing Seesaw. Attached is a sheet of instructions on how to login to Clever, which will give you access to Seesaw. Teachers will be in contact with parents to give usernames and passwords.

Seaford School District will be REMOTE for students on Friday, February 12

The Seaford School District will operate on a fully REMOTE schedule for students today, Friday, February 12th due to the inclement weather. There will be no students reporting to schools today. All instruction will be remote. Please make sure students login to their classes for assignments and meetings. Our food trucks are NOT operating.
